so i finished tidying my room... did sum cardio exercises... cus even doh im still in e process of loading up to build my mass...nt sup to do any vigorous ones till the end...but i realised i was exceptionally "adiposed" after e holis where i stopped my regular cardio which will stop me frm growin too overweight relative to e large amt of food i consume. so i jz did quick bursts jz nw so i wun lose too much fats for later building. im about to start on my chemistry but im gettin weary. try to stay awake. yes ah n tml im meeting two of my gd frens whom i havent met up quite awhile. gona pia all my homework tml.. hows all ur new year... hope u all haf kept up wif ur resolutions.
